RATES & AVAILABILITY
Domus Civita is available on a weekly basis from
Saturday to Saturday year round, and for long
weekends during low season only. Availability
indicated on this calendar is not a guarantee that
the space is open. Please submit your reservation
request and we will contact you to confirm availability.
Upon request, the house can also be rented with daily
maid service.

Rates include the exclusive use of the house and grounds, including swimming pool & hot tub
(open from 2nd week of May to 2nd week of October) for the agreed upon rental period.
The owner or the owner's agents may enter the property for maintenance of house, pool,
gardens etc. as necessary.
A discount of 5% of total rental cost will be applied for 2 or more consecutive weeks.
Special rates for "long weekends" are available in low season. Arrival and departure dates
can be agreed upon with owners. The full amount for weekends is due at booking.
The price of rental includes gas, water, electricity, bed linens, all towels including pool towels,
soaps and detergents. It also includes final cleaning, 2 midweek cleanings, use of all appliances
and equipment. Additional or daily maid service is available upon request.
The price does not include heating or telephone calls. We are happy to organize other services
